We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All first-time subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with UnlockedMagick within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at refunds@unlockedmagick.com and we'll issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Platinum Membership — No Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive, limited nature of Platinum membership (maximum 10 members worldwide) and the immediate allocation of personal time and resources upon enrollment, Platinum memberships are strictly non-refundable. By applying for and accepting a Platinum membership, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Plan & Billing → Cancel Plan.
